Any not-for-profit organization providing programs for youth in need and at risk may apply for a grant.


2014 Grant Submission Guidelines

Maximum Grant Request: $5,000

Grant Distribution: December, 2014

Grant Format:
Include the following on your organization's letterhead:
  • Name of organization
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Contact person name, title and email address
  • Proof of non-profit status, I.D. number, etc.
  • Web address
  • Mission statement
  • Purpose of the grant

Deadline for Submission: October 31, 2014
