Any not-for-profit organization providing programs for youth in need and at risk may apply for a grant.
2014 Grant Submission Guidelines
Maximum Grant Request: $5,000
Grant Distribution: December, 2014
Grant Format:
Include the following on your organization's letterhead:
- Name of organization
- Address
- Telephone number
- Contact person name, title and email address
- Proof of non-profit status, I.D. number, etc.
- Web address
- Mission statement
- Purpose of the grant
Deadline for Submission: October 31, 2014
